Super Eagles training in LondonCity forward Kelechi Iheanacho is pleased to see his Super Eagles colleagues looking sharp in their first training session at the Barnet Ground in London, England ahead of friendlies against Senegal and Burkina Faso.
Iheanacho is one of six forwards invited for the games against Senegal on Thursday and Burkina Faso on Monday by coach Gernot Rohr. “Always good to be back with the team, everyone looking sharp and fit this morning,” he wrote on his Instagram wall on Tuesday. Iheanacho has scored four goals in seven international appearances for the three-time African champions. He is expected to make his eighth appearance for the Super Eagles against Senegal on Thursday at the Hive stadium.
